Technické zabezpečení objektu z pohledu risk managementu pojišťovny.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl určit způsob zabezpečení objektu firmy a stanovit rozsah pojistné ochrany. Text je rozdělen do několika ucelených částí. Jedná se zejména o teoreticko-právní část zabývající se platnou legislativou související s tématem práce, o teoretickou část zabývající se pojistnými riziky, risk managementem a formami zabezpečení a o část praktickou analyzující konkrétní firmu z hlediska rizik a návrh řešení pojistné ochrany a technického zabezpečení objektu.

This thesis aims at determining the way of securing premises and establishing the scope of insurance protection. The text is divided into coherent parts. Above all, they are: a technically-juridical part dealing with the valid legislation related to the topic of this thesis. The theoretical part which covers insurance risks, risk management and various forms of indemnity and the practical part, analyzing a particular company from the risk viewpoint and suggesting solutions for insurance protection and technical protection of the property.
