Abstract

The thesis deals with the search for possible links between geoinformatics and customer relationship management for example MONETA Money Bank. It deals with the basic elements of customer relationship management, including their tools for communication in relation to geoinformatics. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the MONETA Money Bank branch network in relation to the potential and real clients of the bank and suggests its optimization. Last but not least, it also uses distance for efficiency existing CRM tools and processes.
