Abstract

The thesis deals with the relationship between education, communication, creativity, information and their influence on architecture and urbanism. The main objective is in the area of the campus of VSB - Technical University of Ostrava an create there procreativ space for clustering educated and creative people with a concentration of innovation and high-tech industries. Implementation of institutional procreative facility and functional activities of procreative spaces of education and creative recreation linked to information and communication technologies. Supporting creativity in the form of procreative space should contribute to improving the university environment and has a major impact on the transformation of post-industrial Ostrava.
