Here is resolved problems of municipality economy, which is specialized on budgetary perspektive during 2009 – 2013. Here is disposition to suggestion to improvement resources of EU. In the theoretic part are excuted the analyse municipality Libina economy including insolvency municipality as first. And consequently is specified of predicate economy for this municipality. Here is disposition also possible realization investment intentions in the municipality in view of financial balances the municipality.
