Analýza interních neshod v gumárenském podniku a návrh na jejich redukci

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu interních neshod a jejich příčin v podniku IVG Colbachini CZ s.r.o. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat výskyt interních neshod a navrhnout vhodná opatření, která mají výskyt interních neshod eliminovat. Pomocí Paretovy analýzy se zjišťují neshody, které se významnou částí podílí na celkových interních neshodách. Dále se pomocí této metody zjišťují typy vad, které mají výrazný podíl na celkových nákladech na neshodu. Následně jsou pomocí Ishikawa diagramu příčin a následků nalezeny kořenové příčiny těchto neshod a navržena nápravná a preventivní opatření.

The Master’s thesis is focused on internal nonconformities and their causes in IVG Colbachini CZ s.r.o. company. The main purpose of the thesis is to analyze presence of internal nonconformities and suggest suitable measures that would eliminate the presence of internal nonconformities. Pareto analysis is a technique useful for finding nonconformities which are important part of overall internal nonconformities. Other use of the method is to find types of defects that are significant part of overall costs of nonconformities. Then, using a Ishikawa diagram of cause and effect, we find original causes of these nonconformities and suggest corrective and preventative measures.
