Porovnání a zhodnocení hospodaření vybraných krajských galerií v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním a financováním krajských galerií v ČR za sledované období 2011 -2015. Ke srovnání bylo použito 19 krajských galerií. V teoretické části je charakterizována kultura v ČR a následně jsou nastíněné způsoby financování kultury. Pozornost je věnována příspěvkovým organizacím, protože v oblasti umění jsou nejčastější právnickou formou. V práci je analyzována řada ukazatelů, mezi něž patří míra soběstačnosti, na které je postavena hypotéza, porovnání výnosů a nákladů krajských galerií. Stěžejní části jsou finanční a nefinanční ukazatele, které jsou analyzovány na základě poměrových a výkonových ukazatelů. Metody, které byly použity v diplomové práci jsou syntéza, dedukce, indukce, komparace. Výsledkem práce je zjištění závislosti krajských galerii v ČR na příspěvku od zřizovatele a na základě SWOT analýzy vyplynulo doporučení týkající se zavedení kombinované vstupenky a delší otevřenost galerií.

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison and financing of the regional galleries in the Czech Republic during the reference period 2011-2015. For the comparison 19 regional galleries were used. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of the culture in the Czech Republic and the outline of the ways of its financing. The attention is also focused on the funded organizations as in the field of fine arts it is the most frequent legal form. The work analyzes a number of indicators including the degree of self-sufficiency on which the hypothesis is built, comparison of revenues and costs of the regional galleries. The key parts are financial and non-financial indicators which are analyzed on the basis of ratios and performance indicators. The methods used in the thesis include synthesis, deduction, induction and comparison. The outcome of the work is finding the dependency of the regional galleries in the Czech Republic on the contribution of the founder whereas the SWOT analysis resulted in the recommendation to introduce combined tickets and longer opening hours in the galleries.
