Abstract
Film industry is in the increasing competition. Enterprises have to search competitive advantages, the best strategy. Incessantly must be perfect and must focus on customers satisfactions.
The aim of the work is assessment of competitiveness of the Multiplex Cinestar Ltd. in Ostrava. Analysis business environment and customers satisfaction.
Theoretical part is focusing on terms competition, competitiveness, strategy and value chain. In this part methods, analysis and instruments are explaining which was used in the work.
Practical part is given on aplication metods. PEST analysis, this analysis evaluated business environment, Porter´s model and VRIO method evaluated subject environment of company. SWOT analysis evaluated internal environment. In this part the customers satisfaction is evaluated.
In this work are designed solution, which are to eliminate shortcoming of the company and secure competitive position.
