Srovnání trendů odměňování ve vybraných zemích EU

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je porovnání trendů odměňování ve vybraných zemích EU, zejména v ČR a Polsku. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat systémy odměňování, poukázat na jejich odlišnosti a doporučit potenciálním investorům, na co se při budování svých systémů zaměřit. Práce zahrnuje vymezení základních makroekonomických ukazatelů – HDP, inflace a nezaměstnanosti, různý pohled na jednotlivé trendy odměňování a porovnání systému benefitů. Závěrem poukazuje na výhody a nevýhody některých systémů odměňování používaných v zemích EU, které se odvíjejí zejména od legislativního nastavení.

The topic of the thesis is comparison of trends in remuneration in selected countries in the EU, in particular in the Czech Republic and Poland. The main target is mapping the remuneration systems, identifying differences among them and recommendations for potential investors regarding structuring of remuneration systems. The thesis defines basic macroeconomic indicators - GNP, inflation and unemployment, different views of individual trends in remuneration and comparison of benefit systems. The thesis concludes in pointing out advantages and disadvantages of some of the remuneration systems used in countries in EU based particularly on legislative background.
