Návrh postupu zavedení systému pořádku na pracovišti dle metodiky 5S ve společnosti zabývající se povlakováním nástrojů

Abstract

Bachelor thesis „A proposal to implement of workplace order system based on 5S method in coating company“ is dealing with implementation of the procedure for order at the worplace by using the 5S method in the Liss a. s. company. The theoretical part is dedicated to the basic concept of Kaizen, Kaizen segments and tools for continuous improving. The second part is focused on 5S method, the explanation of each pillar separately, including the objectives and benefits. 5S method was applied in the room, which used for storage of preparations. In the practical part is described the analysis of the current status and then elaborated each pillar separately. The final part is dedicated to the evaluation of the benefits of 5S method implemention.
