Zaměstnávání cizinců u vybraného zaměstnavatele v České republice

Abstract

The employment of foreigners is a growing trend in society. The purpose of this paper is to describe the process of recruiting and employing foreigners from third countries specifically from the Philippines. The thesis describes not only the legal regulations , but also the practical part which discusses the steps of the recruitment process. What all the employer has to follow in order to employ a foreigner from a third country. And what obligations the foreigner must fulfil in order to obtain a residence permit in the Czech Republic. Part of this bachelor thesis is a questionnaire survey of employees from the Philippines at a selected employer.
