Abstract
Thesis is wrote with topic recontruction previous municipal office Kunratice with proposal of new use the building.
Recontruction is construction adjustments existing building with new superstructure. Also there are adjustments of technical and traffic infrastructure. Part of study is proposal of public area with green and furniture. The bachelor´s work is made in two variants for different use the building, which one of this variat is made in detail including evalution of the financial costs.
