Bachelor thesis deals with sport and recreational area in the village of Great polo shirt with respect to spatial and functional use of the site of a former kindergarten, local plan and the limits of the area, as well as the reconstruction of the building itself, a former kindergarten. The proposal is complemented by a fitness center and gym, 1st floor, three apartments for young couples on the 2nd floor and two apartments on the 3rd floor of an adjoining building. The site is located in the historically oldest part of the village street Osvoboditelů. The studied area covers an area of 2732 square meters, with built-up area reaches 483 m2. In open spaces there are coniferous, deciduous and fruit trees. Currently, there is no outdoor space used, so they were in the study presents three variants in accordance with the requirements for sports and recreational activities of inhabitants. In this work were at one of the variants of the newly designed paved parking and public areas and approximate calculation of the expected financial costs. In the former kindergarten located modellers workshop and small gym, used by women to exercise balls. The building is unsuitable for this purpose.
