Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on employee satisfaction and motivation. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the current state of employee satisfaction in the selected company. The theoretical part focuses on the description of factors that have an impact on job satisfaction, motivation and motivational factors. The practical part of the bachelor thesis contains the characteristics of the company and a questionnaire survey. With the help of the results of the questionnaire survey, proposals and recommendations were created that the company could use to improve employee satisfaction.
