Změna využití části bývalého vojenského areálu v Semaníně

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší změnu užívání stavby situované v části bývalého vojenského areálu v obci Česká Třebová. Změna stavby se týká bývalého objektu hygienického zázemí vojska. Zamýšleným využitím je návrh administrativy a hygienického zázemí zaměstnanců soukromé stavební firmy, který vychází z požadavku majitele nemovitosti. Součástí změny stavby je uspořádání parkovacích, manipulačních a pěších ploch uvnitř areálu objektu. Návrh řeší také napojení areálu na dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Rozsah zpracovaného návrhu vychází z dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o změně stavby. Hlavním podkladem pro návrh využití stavby je současný stav předmětného území.

Bachelor work describes building conversion situated in the part of the city Česká Třebová, which was used like military barracks in the past. Building conversion have to do with the building used like shower rooms of the army. The owner of this building wants to use this building like administrative and staff background. Including of this reconstruction is apron, parking-site and the footpaths in the area of the owner. Road-traffic infrastructure and engineering networks are analysis in this work too. Scope of the work is according to the Czech standards especially standards of building conversion. Present conditions of the territory are dominant for this work.
