Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of the employee training system within the adaptation process in a selected organisation. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate how the organization approaches the integration of new employees and what training methods it uses for their professional development. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to human capital, corporate training and adaptation process. The practical part is based on quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey among the employees of the organization. The results show that the face-to-face form of training is preferred over e-learning and that an excessive amount of information can be perceived as a stressor. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed to increase the effectiveness of the adaptation and training system.
