Abstract
This thesis describes the influence of different matrices on the stability, accuracy, precision and repeatability of the determination of elements measuring by the WD XRF spectrometry.
In the theoretical section, we introduce the term XRF spectrometry and we will discuss sample preparation for XRF analysis, and the measured materials.
Practical part describes work with samples, their measurements on S8 TIGER and the evaluation of elements by using control diagrams, correction coefficients and the validation protocol.
The output of this thesis is an evaluation of the accuracy of the measurements and their effects and to evaluate the measurements in terms of diagrams and validation protocols
