Mzdová problematika v České republice a Slovenské republice

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis with topic: Wage issue in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is to compare and evaluate overall taxation of wages in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic. To find out, which system is more advantageous from the view of an emloyee and an employer. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The second chapter clarifies basic terms related to wages and labour law relationships. The third chapter deals with differences between the Czech republic and Slovakia in terms of labour law issue, health and national insurance and taxation of wages. The fourth chapter contains a practical application with examples, where there are wages of various amount compared.
