Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with marketing research of employee satisfaction of Uralstrojneft s.r.o. It is divided into four parts and also into theoretical and practical part. In the first part, the aim is to describe the definition of marketing research. The second part was focused on the characteristics of the company Uralstrojneft s.r.o., the basic information is precisely described here. In the third (practical) part of the bachelor thesis, the marketing research itself. The research was conducted using the method of questioning. In the last (fourth) part, suggestions and recommendations for increasing employee satisfaction are compiled.
