Abstract

Konečná M.: Assessment of Adequacy of Inventory in a Manufacturing Plant. Bachelor thesis, Ostrava 2019. This Bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the inventory management in the manufacturing plant. It analyzes the current inventory management with the aim of suggest improvements. In the theoretical part of the work there are defines theoretical resources, inventory, logistics, type of inventory, costs of maintaining inventory, inventory management, ordering systems. In the practical parts there is characteristic of company, inventory are subjected to two ABC analysis. Results are compared with reality. In the end deduced perhaps a recommendation.
