Abstract
The subject of the diploma thesis is to propose a urban study in the development site Z297 in Frýdek-Místek in accordance with the urban plan. This place is defined as an area of civic equipment of a commercial type of small and medium. The design is solved with a detailed urban-architectural design of one variant.
