Abstract

Categorization of work allows assessment of the level of employees’ workload with such factors that determine, in regards to the health, a quality of working conditions, and are characteristic factors for the work in question at specific place of work as well as factors of safety and health protection of employees. The purpose of my work is the evaluation and assessment of the risk factor that affect company employees. Subsequently, implement the classification of all professions that are influenced by these risk factors into different categories, in accordance to given legislation. To assess all potential risks and suggest protective measures to reduce impact of these risk factors and limit the possible incidence of occupational disease, and thus improve the overall occupational safety and health of employees.
