Vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is employees’ education and development, namely in Ostravské komunikace, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to understand, describe and analyse the system of employees’ education and development in the chosen organisation. This work is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical part and practical part. The first part contains theoretical background that is needed to understand the surveyed problems and that is the basis for the next part. The second, i.e. the practical part deals with characterisation of the chosen organisation, including the description and analysis of the system of education. Analysis of this system was performed by means of the method of questionnaire. Suggestions and recommendations that could lead to more effective way of education and to employees’ higher satisfaction were submitted on the basis of analysis of observed results.
