Strategická analýza podniku z odvětví pohostinství

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of a selected company. In the theoretical part I describe the essence of strategic management and the most commonly used methods for analyzing the company. These methods are applied in the practical part of the work, the aim of which is to evaluate the situation of the company according to the obtained information and to suggest possible improvements to the company.
