Abstract

The aim of this the bachelor thesis is comparison American mortgage and Consumer lending selected bank and subsequent analysis which is on the base of multiple decision methods. The thesis consists to theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is target on general overview of the mortgage loan and subsequent characterization of American mortgage. The practical part includes a description of decision analysis and analysis of multiple methods, which is used to determine the most optimal variation. The variations are determined on model example. Subsequently, is chosen the most optimal variant with using of Point method and Fuller´s method and is chosen the product, which meet required criteria.
