Abstract

Annotation The thesis is focused on the key criteria in obtaining business loans for small and medium enterprises in terms of specific bank on the Czech market. The thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical which focuses on short-term and long-term banking products, the parameters typical for obtaining business bank loans and the nature of financial analysis. The practical part focuses on financial analysis of specific companies. This analysis is then used in a selected period of time and analysis the financial health of the company and on the base of this analysis is decided, whether to provide a loan or not.
