Abstract

NIKLOVÁ K.: Family house for a writer, Bachelor thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2026. Supervisor of the bachelor thesis: Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a part of the project documentation for the construction of a family house on the plot number 2688 in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava according to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on building documentation. The bachelor thesis is based on an architectural study from the course Atelier Production I (academic year 2023/2024, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Radim Václavík). This study was revised and developed in more detail in the course Atelier Production V (academic year 2025/2026, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Radim Václavík, consultant od civil engineering Ing. Marcela Halířová, Ph.D.). This bachelor thesis consists of a text and drawing part, both of which were prepared according to the bachelor thesis assignment with specialization in the field of architecture.
