Abstract

The aim of bachelor work was to propose the private living with posibility to hire a space which has an extension 8x12 metre. The place is located in downtown of Low part city Vsetin. The plot lies on area of Naměstí Svobody. Work is based on public architectural competition, which have to solve change of municipal plan of area Naměstí Svobody. The house of priváte living has a simple cubic volume, which has only one diskontinuity of volume in sekond flor in the corner part, in this place is designeted a konsole with window , and that make a rain protection for customers who enters to corner shop. Whole volume of building is supported by large fenestration and also band windows and all of this make simply and understandable entity.
