Abstract

The diploma work deals with the topic of preparation of the survey sketch for the lot divisions and survey sketch, documentation of detailed survey of changes, lot division (land division), change of boundary of a plot. It is focused to be a quality basis for doing a contract which is basis for making changes in the cadastre of real estates. The aim was to explain each part of the process of preparing the necessary documents started by preparing the survey fieldwork , calculation , processing of making a survey sketch and finishing by the verification and confirmation by the cadastre (cadastral) workplace. At the same time , the work shows the differences between the legislation valid at the time of making the plan , according to the decree No. 26/2007 Sb. , respectively the decree No. 164/2009 Sb , about the cadastre of real estates and prepared legislation valid from 1.1.2014, as subsequently amended decree No. 357/2013 Sb. , about the cadastre of real estates.
