Analýza spokojenosti pracovníků ve společnosti ŽPSV a.s.

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of employee satisfaction in the company ŽPSV Plc. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background problematic of employee satisfaction and is focused on employee satisfaction, theories of employee satisfaction, factors of employee satisfaction and employee satisfaction measurement. The second part is devoted to the practical application of the problematic of employee satisfaction, where is based on non-standardized interviews and questionnaire survey analyzed employee satisfaction in the factory in a company ŽPSV Plc. in Uherský Ostroh. The results of the analysis are summarized and are defined suggestions and recommendations to increase employee satisfaction and to address identified weaknesses.
