Možnosti geofyzikálního radaru při lokalizaci horizontálních důlních děl

Abstract

In my thesis I deal with using the ground penetrating radar for locating horizontal mines. In the first part I introduce the terminology, the principle of GPR, basic methods of measuring and applications of GPR. In following parts of the thesis you can find examples of measurement and interpretations of surveys on five sites with varying geology. The thesis is concluded by assessment of the GPR method suitability in locating horizontal mines for various geological environments.
