Analýza rizik územního celku

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of possible endangering of the administrative district ORP Opava by extraordinary events. In the introduction, the thesis covers the description of hazards and existing analyses, which are suitable for the risk analysis of a territorial unit. Further, the work describes a characteristics of the administrative unit ORP Opava. Possible endangering of the ORP Opava administrative district is analysed by means of the total analysis of the rise of extraordinary events in conjunction with the analytical program SFÉRA. The measures to secure the tasks as well as the measures to eliminate the negative impacts on inhabitants, premises and living enviroment are proposed based on the performed analysis of the possible endangering of the territory.
