Strategická analýza podniku v odvětví finančního poradenství

Abstract

Rozhodnutí o finančních otázkách patří k nejdůležitějším rozhodnutím, která mohou být lidmi učiněna. Je proto důležité mít na své straně profesionální finanční poradce, který vám pomůže s přizpůsobeným finančním řešením a zároveň bude mít vynikající znalosti související s investicemi, pojištěním, důchodem a dalšími oblastmi. Tato práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou firmy zabývající se finančním poradenstvím. Cílem práce je provést strategickou analýzu současného stavu podnikání zvolené firmy ABC, a.s., zhodnotit příležitosti a hrozby, navrhnout opatření a strategické směry vedoucí ke zlepšení současné situace. V rámci diplomové práce byly provedeny analýzy, které pomohly společnosti ABC, a.s. zlepšit své postavení na trhu finančního poradenství v České republice. Byly použity metody analýz, které poskytly hlubší pochopení vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí společnosti a pomohly určit nejlepší strategii pro budoucí rozvoj. Doporučení a návrhy z této diplomové práce umožní společnosti ABC, a.s. plánovat své budoucí kroky a zlepšit své postavení na trhu finančního poradenství v České republice. Společnost má stabilní zákaznickou základnu a kvalitní finanční řešení pro své klienty, což ji činí konkurenceschopnou na trhu.

Financial issues decisions belong to the most important resolutions made by people. Therefore, it is important to have a professional financial consultant on your side, who can help you with an adapted financial solution and in the same time you will have excellent knowledge concerning investments, insurance, pension and others. This thesis deals with a strategic analysis of a company dealing with financial consultancy. The aim of the thesis is to perform the strategic analysis of a current status of business situation in a selected AB Company, Ltd., to evaluate the chances and threats, suggest measures and strategic guidelines heading towards the current situation improvement. In the framework of the diploma thesis, analyses were implemented that helped the AB Company Ltd. to improve its position on the financial consultancy market in the Czech Republic. Methods of analyses were implemented that provided deeper understanding of internal and external environment of the society and helped to establish the best strategy for further development. Recommendations and suggestions from this diploma thesis will enable the AB Company Ltd. to plan its further steps and improve its position on the financial consultancy market in the Czech Republic. The company has a stabile customer base and quality financial solutions for its clients, which makes it competitive on the market.
