Abstract

The subject of the thesis entitled the Disabled People on the Labour Market in the Moravian-Silesian Region is the analysis the Labour Market in Moravian-Silesian Region. The aim is to evaluate employability of disabled persons on the labour market in this region and come with procuration, which should increase chance of disabled persons to find employment. The content of the thesis is divided into five chapters. The introductory part defines theoretical way out for issues of employability of disadvantaged persons on the labour market and also defines who are actually disadvantaged groups of persons. The second part focuses on disabled people and employment policy in the Czech Republic. In the third part analyzing the development of Labour Market in the Moravian-Silesian Region with regard to the effects of the global financial and economic crisis. Attention is devoted on the development total level of the unemployment, the unemployment structure according to the degree of disability and job vacancies indicators. The key part is the fourth chapter contains finding and analyzing of selected opinions on the employability of disabled people on the Labour Market in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The final part includes suggestions and recommendations for policy-makers to move towards employment policy, to increase the employability of disabled people on the Labour Market in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The text part is completed by the tables and graphs.
