Abstract
The target of my diploma thesis was motivation of TAJMAC – ZPS, a.s.. I was trying to find positive and negative factors of effecting motivation.
For my research I´ve used questionaire which showed level of job satisfaction of the firm start. According to findings of my research I made several proposals how to evecrease motivation of the company.
