Abstract

Obsahem mé diplomové práce je vypracování stavební části projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby s důrazem na tepelně technické řešení obálky budovy. Stavební část projektové dokumentace zahrnuje část textovou i výkresovou. V těchto částech je zahrnuto navržení objektu z hlediska architektonického, provozního i stavebně konstrukčního. Tepelně technické posouzení navržených obvodových konstrukcí a jejich vzájemných vazeb a posouzení celé stavby z hlediska prostupu tepla obálkou budovy. Výsledkem mé práce je návrh plně funkčního, částečně podsklepeného rehabilitačního centra se třemi nadzemními podlažími, které je děleno na dva dilatační celky s rozdílným typem zastřešení. Dále tepelně technické posudky navržených konstrukcí a jejich vzájemných vazeb a také energetický štítek obálky budovy.

The subject of my diploma thesis is elaboration of the construction part of the project documentation for the construction with emphasis on thermal-technical solution of the building envelope. Construction part of the project documentation includes a part of text or drawings. In these parts are included designing the building with respect to architectural, operational and structural design. Thermal technical assessment of the proposed district structures and their relationships and assessment of the whole building from the viewpoint of heat transmission of building envelope. The result of my diploma thesis is suggestion a fully functional, partially basement rehabilitation centre with three over ground floors, which is divided into two dilatation units with different type of roofing. Additionally thermal technical assessments of proposed structures and their relationships and also the envelope energy label of building.
