Odměňování za ztížené pracovní prostředí ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create variants that will better compensate for the number of risk factors affecting people, compare these variants and to find the most appropriate new remuneration system for the difficult working environment in a selected organization. In the theoretical part there is basic concepts of human resources management, remuneration, working environment and its effects on human health and the relevant additional charge, which is for employees who work in this difficult environment. There is described the methodology of selection of the best variants. In the practical part there is analysis of remuneration for the difficult working environment in the selected company, creation of alternatives that can replace the current system, and evaluation of the created variants. On the basis of the evaluation there are offered recommendations for the company.
