Abstract

This thesis is focusing on monitoring the activities within the trade business. The first parts are of theoretical focus dealing with trade business, monitoring activities and other related terms.

Further part acquaints the reader with the procedure of trade control and with controlling activities provided in particular trade offices; this part also includes results of the controls with possible offenses and subsequent sanctions or measures.
