Strukturně fázová analýza kobaltové slitiny typu stellit

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována strukturně fázové analýze kobaltové slitiny typu stelit. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku kobaltu a jeho výrobu, kobaltové slitiny, jejich strukturu, rozdělení, vlastnosti, praktické využití a kobaltové superslitiny typu stelit s jejími vlastnostmi a využitím. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky strukturně fázového rozboru stelitu, který byl prováděn na vzorku kobaltové slitiny typu stelit. Byla vyhotovena strukturní analýza, při které bylo zkoumáno chemické složení, analýza plynů O, N a metalografický rozbor na leštěném výbruse po elektrolytickém leptání v roztoku a nakonec fázová analýza.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to structure and phase analysis of a cobalt alloy of the stellite type. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of cobalt and its production, cobalt alloys, their structure, distribution, properties, cobalt superalloys and their properties. In the practical part are presented the results of the structural phase analysis of the stellite, which was performed on a sample of cobalt base alloy stelite. Structural analysis was carried out, in which the chemical composition, the analysis of the O, N and the metallographic analysis on the polished section after the electrolytic etching in solution, and finally the phase analysis were examined.
