Abstract

Topic of this thesis is Control and regulation of auxiliary cleaning lines for drilling rods. In this work, design of technological solutions of those systems is discussed. Systems like these are essential part of a technological line for elimination of radioactive coating settled on drilling rods, which are used for oil extraction. Design of electronic control circuits, their optimization with respect to working conditions and environment, technological procedures, realization and testing in real production is described. In particular chapters, design of control algorithm, selection of appropriate hardware components, assembly of switchboard and activation of auxiliary cleaning lines is shown.
