Zhodnocení podnikatelských rizik a možnosti jejich eliminace v praxi

Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is to evaluate business risks of chosen entrepreneur in the frame of their identification and classification by analytic method and to propose and recommend all possible solutions leading to their elimination. In theoretical part, there is business risk, its classification and management described. All possible ways of risk elimination are determined including insurance, which business subjects can use in practice. Practical part of the thesis involves selected concrete entrepreneur and its current insurance program is described. Business risks are identified, analyzed and evaluated by SWOT analysis and IPR method. Insurance program of this company is evaluated and based on found risks its improvement is recommended. Further particular possible ways of elimination of risks are recommended in order to minimize their negative impact in the future and thus to make the company successful within long-term period.
