Koncepce výstavby recyklačních dvorů na brownfieldovém území

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the construction of recycling yards on brownfield sites. The aim is to propose an effective use of unused land for establishing a stationary line for the recycling of construction and demolition waste. The theoretical part addresses the legislative framework for the construction of recycling facilities, the production and recycling rates of construction and demolition waste in the Czech Republic and abroad, recycling technologies, and the practical use of recycled materials. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a site in Dolní Benešov. It describes the selection and characteristics of the location, capacity calculations based on available data, and the design of the technological scheme of the recycling line. Attention is also paid to market analysis of recycled aggregate, competition, and potential customers. The result is a comprehensive proposal for a recycling yard, including technological solutions and a pricing strategy. The thesis emphasizes the ecological and economic benefits of recycling construction and demolition waste on brownfield sites.
