Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with design and implementation of multi-purpose manipulator for device 1VČ36. Function of the manipulator is associated with certain technological processes in the manufacture of tubes. Technological processes: filling part of the tubes stake, gettering, transfer tubes, the spark contacts of tube. The manipulator is equipped with multiple fixed and moving mechanical parts and controlled by two programmable logic controllers from Mitsubishi. Drive the individual parts is ensured by pneumatic linear drives from the SMC company and FESTO, and stepper motors from the Microcon company, which are managed by the exciter from SMC.
