Strategická analýza relaxačního a sportovního centra

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Strategická analýza rekreačního a sportovního centra“ je zmapování konkurenčního prostředí v oblasti sportovních a relaxačních center. Práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou a tvorbou strategických doporučení Sportovnímu a relaxačnímu centru „Na Císařství“ v Horní Suché z pohledu teorie i praxe. Teoretická část je věnována etapám strategického procesu, způsobu tvorby strategie a teoretickému definování strategické analýzy. Dále je představena společnost VAPES, CE s.r.o. ke které je přidružené zkoumané Sportovní a relaxační centrum „Na Císařství“. Praktická část diplomové práce určuje případné hrozby a příležitosti směřující od konkurence a vnějšího okolí, které byly určeny na základě provedených strategických analýz. Tyto hrozby a příležitosti jsou zachyceny prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy. V závěru praktické části jsou uvedena doporučení, vlastní a také vyplývající ze SWOT analýzy, jež by měla společnost implementovat do své firemní strategie.

The topic of the thesis „Strategic Analysis of Relaxation and Sports Centre“ is to analyze the competitive environment in the area of sports and relaxation centers. The thesis deals with the strategic analysis and the development of strategic recommendations to Sportovní a relaxační centrum „Na Císařství“ in the upper dry from the perspective of theory and practice. The theoretical part is devoted to stages of the strategy process, strategy and method of making the theoretical definition of strategic analysis. In addition, the company introduced VAPES, CE Ltd. to which it is associated researched Sportovní a relaxační centrum „Na Císařství“. The practical part of the thesis identifies potential threats and opportunities facing from competitors and the external environment that have been identified on the basis of the strategic analysis. These threats and opportunities are captured through the SWOT analysis. At the end of the practical recommendations are their own and also resulting from the SWOT analysis, which would be the company to implement its corporate strategy.
