Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with strategic analysis.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate subsidiary of company based on strategic analysis. The Evaluation should help to improve working of the subsidiary.
Theoretical part of this work deals with methods, which explore the surroundings of the sunsidiary. Thesis applies Selected methods on evaluated subsidiary.
The conclusion of the thesis contains suggestioins and recommendations for improvement the working of the sunsidiary.
