Povrchová těžba vysokoprocentních vápenců ve velkolomu Čertovy Schody a. s., centralizace těžby na jeden kolový nakladač Caterpillar 990H

Abstract

In this work there was solved the proposal to centralize mining in the quarry Čertovy schody( Devil's Stairs) on a Caterpillar 990H wheel loader, such as the possibility of removing the negative effects arising from today's setting of the extraction procces. In the first part there we can find the description and the characteristics of deposits mined mineral. In the second part there is discussed the history of mining and also the history of the company. The description of current extraction process is described in No. 4. Chapter No. 5 describes the advantages of centralization and the elimination of negative effects. Chapter No. 6 deals with the evaluation of the proposed solution and describes the procedure for the selection of suitable loading transport.
