Vliv lidského kapitálu na ekonomickou úroveň zemí ASEAN

Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to determine whether there is interdependence between the level of human capital and economic level of the International Association ASEAN. The first chapter deals with the theoretical definition of the concept of human capital and investment in it inserted. In the second chapter is conducted research of empirical literature and the third chapter is focused on the analytical part, in which are determinated hypotheses and they are subsequently confirmed by correlation analysis. It was confirmed that there is reciprocal linear relationship between literacy rate, the school life expentancy, pupil-teacher ratio and one population with at least secondary education.
