Optimalizace týmové spolupráce

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the area of teamwork optimization. The thesis aimed to research theoretical findings related to that area, analyse the current situation from the teamwork perspective, and suggest specific recommendations for optimization. Analysis was done through a test of Meredith Belbin’s team roles and a questionnaire which was distributed to members of the examined work group and its sub-teams. Findings were related to the stage of group development and insufficient representation of some team roles in the group. Definite recommendations aimed at the use of a leadership style which is the most common for the norming development stage and managerial precautions that should compensate for the insufficient representation of some roles.
