Zhodnocení dostupnosti pobytových sociálních služeb pro osoby s chronickým duševním onemocněním

Abstract

Postavení seniorů v soudobé společnosti je značně složité. Lidé upřednostňují své potřeby a zájmy, dochází k vytěsňování modelu třígeneračních rodin a změnám přístupu k péči o seniory. S postupným prodlužováním střední délky života však počet seniorů roste, což má nemalý dopad na kapacitu sociálních služeb.

Předmět bakalářské práce je zaměřen na charakteristiku poskytovaných sociálních služeb a následnou kvantitativní analýzu dostupnosti domovů se zvláštním režimem, pro osoby s chronickým duševním onemocněním. Lze konstatovat, že osoby trpící chronickým duševním onemocněním jsou z velké části závislé na ošetřovatelské péči. Forma poskytovaných služeb musí vycházet z individuálních potřeb těchto osob.

Analytická část bakalářské práce mapuje dostupnost sociálních služeb v České republice a ve vybraných krajích České republiky z pohledu kapacit domovů se zvláštním režimem, a z pohledu žadatelů. K orientačnímu zjištění potřebných kapacit v dané problematice je využito také doporučeného normativu. Na základě zjištěných výstupů je zhodnocena situace v oblasti kapacitní dostupnosti domovů se zvláštním režimem.

V závěru bakalářské práce lze usuzovat, že existuje celá řada dalších aspektů, které více či méně ovlivňují systém pobytových sociálních služeb. Nabízí se zde prostor, pro další metody zkoumání dané situace, neboť řešení pouze kapacitní dostupnosti není východiskem z problému péče o osoby trpící chronickým duševním onemocněním.

The position of seniors in contemporary society is quite difficult. People prioritize their needs and interests, the model of three-generation families is being pushed out and the approach to care for the elderly is changing. However, with the gradual increase in life expectancy, the number of seniors is growing, which has a significant impact on the capacity of social services.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is focused on the characteristics of the provided social services and the subsequent quantitative analysis of the availability of homes with a special regime for people with chronic mental illness. It can be stated that people suffering from chronic mental illness are largely dependent on nursing care. The form of services provided must be based on the individual needs of these persons.

The analytical part of the bachelor thesis maps the availability of social services in the Czech Republic and in selected regions of the Czech Republic in terms of the capacity of homes with special regimes, and in terms of applicants. The recommended standard is also used to orientate the necessary capacities in the given issue. Based on the identified outputs, the situation in the area of capacity availability of homes with a special regime is evaluated.

At the end of the bachelor's thesis, it can be concluded that there are a number of other aspects that more or less affect the system of residential social services. There is room for other methods of examining the situation, because the solution of only capacity availability is not a way out of the problem of caring for people suffering from chronic mental illness.
