Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to investigate the reorganisation process of the Sokolovská uhelná, legal successor, a.s. company´s warehouse management. Case analysis is based on current state of the company´s warehouse logistics and professional literature. This case analysis applies described methods into business practise. After that conclusions are found based on operational data, from which are determined reorganisation changes and implemented new technology, leading to increased efficiency of logistics processes in current economic effect of the described company.
