Abstract

The thesis deals with alternatives possibilities of unloading redundant coal which is made either in the crushing mill or in the unloading. At the beginning of the thesis introduces us the present legislation in effect, e.g. the work code, the government decree and regulations. Mine job is very specific. The thesis introduces us into legislation which is in force for mine activity. This job is connected with various occupations hazards like noise, coal dust and work in heights. It will introduce us into personal protective device which get employee to eliminate these hazards. It names the rules which are prescribed for safety and health protection by work on rails. The next part introduces us into possibility of removing redundant coal and why it is happened. In the penultimate part shows us calculation of annual costs in individual options – current condition, sucking excavator and fixed vacuum loader. These two options are divided into two ways how to remove the coal from wagons, it is – adjustment of unevenly pouring amount of coal in the wagon, the decommissioning of wagon and pouring excess coal on the unloading. There is an evaluation in the last part of the thesis. Which possibility is more advantageous to organization from costs and hazards the point of view.
